羅伯特-勃朗寧（Robert Browning，1812-1889），英國(guó)19世紀(jì)著名詩(shī)人。此詩(shī)是勃朗寧最負(fù)盛名的一首抒情短詩(shī)，以其濃郁的思鄉(xiāng)情調(diào)著稱(chēng)。

　　Oh, to be in England
　　Now that April's there,
　　And whoever wakes in England
