   一、陳曉民校長受邀參加“2019年度5G教育大會”并做嘉賓演講

  5G已來,未來已來�;厮輾v史,每一次通信技術(shù)的革新,都將推起一波教育的革新浪潮。進(jìn)入5G商用元年,5G對教育產(chǎn)業(yè)深層次的革新有哪些?如何將新技術(shù)與教育深度融合,迸發(fā)出最美的火花?  北君誠學(xué)校京陳曉民總校長在“2019年度5G教育大會”上給出了答案,他指出:學(xué)校非常希望技術(shù)能夠帶來教育領(lǐng)域的革新,促成教育水平的飛躍。但是同時,也注意以下幾點:“,學(xué)校在進(jìn)行教育硬件采買和投資時,采取比較謹(jǐn)慎的態(tài)度,因為教育產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代速度非�?�,而且技術(shù)所帶來的實質(zhì)性變化是無法預(yù)估的。第二,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),青少年學(xué)習(xí)的動力在于追求潮流,追求“酷”的行為本質(zhì),用傳統(tǒng)的教育方法很難激發(fā)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)動力,如果5G、AI等新技術(shù)能影響教育內(nèi)容上根本性的變化,就能滿足學(xué)校跟上變革時代的需要。” 教育要變,怎么個變法?陳曉民博士提出四個方式:,教學(xué)向高層次思維轉(zhuǎn)移。第二,自主式學(xué)習(xí)。第三,融入科技,激發(fā)賦能。最后,教育內(nèi)容需要接近更多真實場景,未來AI和5G都有可能幫助教育實現(xiàn)。 君誠學(xué)校同時也榮獲決勝網(wǎng)&百度2019佰育獎“綜合實力中國國際學(xué)校”。

  5G is coming, the future is coming. When we look back to the past, every communication evolution would lead education evolution. As the first year of 5G generation, how 5G technology affect education system? How we can merge 5G technology in to our education to optimized benefits?

  SIBS Head of School Chen gave the answer: Schools are looking forward to coalesce 5G technology into education system in order to make saltant improvements of education system. Meanwhile, we need to pay attention to some points: First, supply consuming process should be prudent in the consideration of rapid upgrading of education supplies. Especially high technology products. Second, we found that teenagers like to follow the trend, do something they think is “cool”; traditional pedagogy is not attracting anymore. School will be benefit If 5G technology could provide learning diversity.

  We always talk about that we want to improve education system, but how? Dr. Chen provided four ways: first, high conscious pedagogy; second, self-learning skill; third, take fully advantage of high technology; and last, real scenarios manipulation will be definitely feasible with 5G and Ai. In the meantime, SIBS had the owner to get Juesheng & Baidu, BaiYu award, the “Comprehensive substantial Chinese international school”.

  二、中學(xué)部交響樂隊新年匯演

  能夠讓人一秒進(jìn)入回憶的,便是直擊人心的音樂。又逢歲末年初,用音樂會的方式來辭舊迎新,已經(jīng)漸漸成為君誠的重要傳統(tǒng)。雖然中學(xué)部交響樂隊剛組建不久,配合還略顯生疏,可是這步往往備受期待。觀眾席上,是家長。舞臺上,是自己和隊友。專注的,是自己手中的樂器。演奏者分別來自銅管樂器組,木管樂器組和打擊樂器組。他們雖然只有10周的時間來練習(xí)、配合,但每個人都非常努力,堅持排練。不是任何人都可以成為音樂家,但在這一刻,音樂化為了演奏者和觀眾共同的心靈曲譜。還有什么,比在一場難忘的音樂會中迎接新年,更適合的呢?

  Music is sensational, could bring us back to the memories. It’s the time to New Year, SIBS’ tradition concert come again. Although our middle school orchestra has just formed, we are still expecting their performance; parents are the audiences, teammates are next by our side. Performers are from the brass instrument group, the wood pipe instrument group and the percussion instrument group. Although we only have ten weeks to practice and rehearsal, everyone has put his whole heart on practicing. Music become the bridge between us and musicians; what else could be than a concert to celebrate Christmas and New Year?

  三、中學(xué)部藝術(shù)與寫作競賽和畫展

  MSHS Art and Writing Competition and Exhibition

  為了向?qū)W生提供多種類的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會,本周中學(xué)部7-12年級的同學(xué)參與了由青年藝術(shù)家作家協(xié)會(Alliance for Young Artists & Writers)組織的藝術(shù)與寫作學(xué)術(shù)競賽(Scholastic Art & Writing Awards)。藝術(shù)與寫作學(xué)術(shù)獎項由美國學(xué)樂公司(Scholastic)創(chuàng)立于1923年,用于表彰在藝術(shù)及寫作方面有突出才能的青少年。 學(xué)校將此次參賽同學(xué)的作品以畫展的形式進(jìn)行展出。作品類型眾多,例如:彩鉛畫、創(chuàng)意水彩畫、油畫、膠帶畫、綜合材料畫、攝影等。同學(xué)們根據(jù)自己的創(chuàng)意與想象,創(chuàng)造出讓人眼前一亮的作品,作品背后的含義各有不同,引人深思。值得一提的是來自8年級Alice同學(xué)的作品《TheDirty Earth》是呼吁人們關(guān)注環(huán)境保護(hù)、全球變暖等問題。同樣是來自8年級Jordan同學(xué)的作品《Match Well of Chinese andWestern》是以東方敦煌壁畫的菩薩與西方維納斯腳下的貝殼融為一體,代表中西方文化與藝術(shù)的相結(jié)合。

  In order to provide diversify abilities, students from MSHS attended “Scholastic Art & Writing Awards” which was held of Alliance for Young Artists & Writers. “Scholastic Art& Writing Awards” was found of American Scholastic company in 1923 to credit teenagers who were talented in art and writing.

  Candidates’ showreels are exhibited, including: color pencil drawing, creative water color painting, oil painting, tape painting, integrate material painting, photographs; students created fabulous works base on their imagination and creations. Especially Alice from Grade 8, her painting’s name is “the dirty earth which call for environmental protection, global warming problems. Jorden who’s Grade 8 too, his work” Match Well of Chinese and Western” combined Dunhuang’s wall painting and western painting the Venus, represents his thinks of combing eastern and western art.

  四、全校舉行期末考試

  本周,為進(jìn)一步檢驗本學(xué)期的教育教學(xué)開展情況,12月16日至19日,我校小學(xué)部和中學(xué)部全體學(xué)生參加了期末考試�?记皩W(xué)生在老師的指導(dǎo)下,認(rèn)真按照復(fù)習(xí)計劃梳理理論知識、夯實基礎(chǔ),同時充分了解考紀(jì)和相關(guān)考試制度,從思想上引起學(xué)生高度重視。整個考試期間紀(jì)律良好,展現(xiàn)了我校學(xué)生誠信的態(tài)度和優(yōu)良的考風(fēng)。

  This week, in order to further test the development of education and teaching this semester, from December 16 to 19, all students in ES and MSHS attend the final exams. Before the exam, under the guidance of the teacher, the students carefully combed the theoretical knowledge and consolidated the foundation in accordance with the review plan, and at the same time fully understood the examination discipline and related examination systems, which caused students to attach great importance to their thinking. Students acted honestly and respectful during all the exams.

  五、一下雪,北京就成了北平,君誠就成了歡樂的海洋

  “到了下雪的時候……早晨從厚棉被里張開眼來,一室的清光,會使你的眼睛眩暈。在陽光照耀之下,雪也一粒一粒地放起光來了。”郁達(dá)夫筆下的北平冬雪,是那么生動、可愛。

  周一一大早,北京就飄起了鵝毛大雪,君誠的孩子們都樂瘋了,老師帶著他們以最快的速度搭建起了一個大雪人,校園里成為了白色的歡樂海洋。

  "When it snows ... you open your eyes from a thick quilt in the morning. The clear light in a room will make your eyes dizzy. Under the sun, the snow is also shining light by light. " Beiping’ snow described by Yu Dafu is so vivid and cute.

  Students was so excited after Monday’s snow, teachers and students built a big snowman right after. In the meantime of playing, all teachers paid more attentions to keep students safe, make our campus a joyful paradise.

  六、活動預(yù)告:1月16日中國年

  君誠學(xué)校是一所將中華文化和世界學(xué)堂結(jié)合在一起的國際學(xué)校,我們非�?粗貙τ谥腥A傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承。因此,春節(jié)中國年活動是我校傳統(tǒng)的大型全校性活動之一。在慶祝中國年活動中,中外師生能夠感受到傳統(tǒng)的中華文藝表演,工藝和美食,還能體驗到春聯(lián)和燈謎的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日活動。通過這樣形式和內(nèi)容并重的活動,把中華文化根植在我們的下一代心中。

  SIBS is a international school which integrate Chinese culture and Western education; We always think Chinese culture is so important to help students form their consciousness; Chinese New Year ceremony is the most important traditional events. We will have Chinese culture performance, art crafts and foods. And also we will experiencing spring festival scrolls and lantern riddles. Through such activities with both form and content, Chinese culture is rooted in the hearts of our next generation.
