跟單信用證常見(jiàn)條款及短語(yǔ)
一、Kinds of L/C 信用證類(lèi)型
1.revocable L/C/irrevocable L/C 可撤銷(xiāo)信用證/不可撤銷(xiāo)信用證
2.confirmed L/C/unconfirmed L/C 保兌信用證/不保兌信用證
3.sight L/C/usance L/C 即期信用證/遠(yuǎn)期信用證
4.transferable L/C（or）assignable L/C（or）transmissible L/C /untransferable L/C
可轉(zhuǎn)讓信用證/不可轉(zhuǎn)讓信用證
5.divisible L/C/undivisible L/C 可分割信用證/不可分割信用證
6.revolving L/C 循環(huán)信用證
7.L/C with T/T reimbursement clause 帶電匯條款信用證
8.without recourse L/C/with recourse L/C 無(wú)追索權(quán)信用證/有追索權(quán)信用證

包括海水、淡水、酸蝕、油脂所致的損失
2、including T.P.N.D. loss and/or damage caused by heat， ship's sweat and odour， hoop-rust， breakage of packing
包括偷竊提貨不著，受熱船艙發(fā)汗，串味，鐵箍銹損，包裝破裂所致的損失
3、including damage caused by infestation mould 包括蟲(chóng)蛀霉?fàn)�的損失
4、including damage due to rough handling during transit subject to C.T.C.
按照中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)條款包括運(yùn)輸途中操作不當(dāng)所致的損失
5、including loss and/or damage from any external cause as per CIC
按照中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)條款包括外來(lái)原因所致的損失
6、including damage by slings， stains， grease， acids
包括吊具、斑污、油脂、酸蝕造成的損失
7、excluding risk of breakage 不包括破碎險(xiǎn)
8、including the breakage does not cover the goods remarked in th invoice as originally damage
包括破碎險(xiǎn)，但不負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)票所示之貨物的原殘損失
9、excluding natural loss in weight 不包括途耗短量的損失
10、including 60 days after discharge of the goods at port of destination （or at station of destination） subject to C.T.C.
按照中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)條款貨物在目的港卸船（或在目的地車(chē)站卸車(chē)）后60天為止
11、including W.A. & risk of fire for 60 days in customs warehouse after discharge of the goods at port of destination subject to CIC
按照中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)條款投保水漬險(xiǎn)和火險(xiǎn)，在目的港卸貨后存入海關(guān)倉(cāng)庫(kù)60天為止
