　　There is no denying the fact that an increasing number of people flood into the big cities is becoming a popular in China today. With the development of economy and society,a large number of people who lived in the rural or small cities come into the big cities for seeking the opportunities of individual growth.To follow it, however, a lot of problems has emerged .

　　The following is more obvious problems.First of all,overpopulation in big cities results in shortage of life’s nessarities such as the water,the electricity ,the gas and the house, etc.Secondly,it leads to the security of society becoming worse.Taking a look around,we can find examples too numerous to list.It is reported that the criminal rate is jumping in many big cities.Last but not least, it is responsible for the sharp growth of the housing price,which is becoming the hotly debated and complained topic in the citizen.
 
　　In view of the seriousness of these problems,effective measure must be taken before things get worse.First it is essential that laws and regulations be formulated and enforced to make the criminal rate decreasing.Meanwhile,a housing support system should be estabished to cover every resident of big cities,which could make the house price reasonable.
