As the nation to stage the world's first great exhibition in London
in 1851 ， the United Kingdom is delighted to congratulate China on hosting
the world's biggest Expo in Shanghai.

    When I visited Shanghai two years ago ， I was very pleased to confirm
our participation. I knew that it would be a source of huge pride to the
people of Shanghai and all of China.

    兩年前我訪問上海時(shí)，我高興地確認(rèn)了英國將出席2010年上海世博會(huì)。我知
道此次世博會(huì)是上海人民的驕傲，是中國的驕傲。

    In the United Kingdom's Pavilion you will see the wealth of talents
