為了讓黑利伯瑞國際學(xué)校的師生了解重陽節(jié)的來歷，幫助學(xué)生們樹立尊老、敬老、愛老、助老的良好風(fēng)氣，10月15日早，黑利伯瑞全體師生齊聚校操場舉行了以重陽節(jié)為主題的升旗儀式，黑利伯瑞向全體師生宣傳了民族節(jié)日——重陽節(jié)。今天的升旗儀式由黑利伯瑞小學(xué)部六年級(jí)C班的武逸飛和楊嚴(yán)坤兩位同學(xué)主持。

　　升旗儀式上，通過師生演講讓同學(xué)們懂得要用實(shí)際行動(dòng)尊敬老人、幫助老人。重陽節(jié)是我國古代傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，每年農(nóng)歷九月初九為重陽佳節(jié)。重陽節(jié)寓意為健康長久，中華民族向來有尊老愛老的傳統(tǒng)美德，因此，重陽節(jié)又被定義為“老人節(jié)”，成為人們尊老、敬老，弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)美德的節(jié)日。

　　大家好，今天我和大家聊的話題是《九九重陽節(jié)，濃濃敬老情》。重陽節(jié)，是中國傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，為每年的農(nóng)歷九月初九，10月17日就是今年的重陽佳節(jié)。“重陽”也叫“重九”，因?yàn)椤兑捉?jīng)》中將“九”定為陽數(shù)，九月九日，兩九相重，故曰“重陽”，古人認(rèn)為重陽是一個(gè)值得慶賀的吉利日子。 慶祝重陽節(jié)一般包括登高遠(yuǎn)眺、遍插茱萸、吃重陽糕、飲菊花酒、擺敬老宴等活動(dòng)，流傳至今又添加了敬老的內(nèi)涵。

　　重陽與除夕、清明、中元并稱中國傳統(tǒng)四大祭祖節(jié)日。 1989年農(nóng)歷九月初九被定為敬老節(jié)，倡導(dǎo)全社會(huì)樹立尊老、敬老、愛老、助老的風(fēng)氣。

The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

　　在古代，民間在重陽有登高的風(fēng)俗，故重陽節(jié)又叫“登高節(jié)”。相傳此風(fēng)俗始于東漢。唐代文人所寫的登高詩很多，大多是寫重陽節(jié)的習(xí)俗;杜甫的七律《登高》，就是寫重陽登高的名篇。登高所到之處，沒有劃一的規(guī)定，一般是登高山、登高塔。
