    我打電話只是想問一下這個職位的招聘情況。

    I am just calling to see if you have made any decision concerning

    我打電話只是想知道對于這個職位你們是否已經(jīng)做出了決定。

    If you have made a decision concerning / about / with regard to the
Sales Manager position，……

is any additional information you need， please call me at any time.
