2021年9月，天津海嘉國際雙語學(xué)校與朗思測評(píng)(LanguageCert)PeopleCert公司達(dá)成合作，正式成為朗思測評(píng)考試的官方授權(quán)考點(diǎn)。

　　未來，天津海嘉國際雙語學(xué)校 將為天津考生提供更多、更便捷的朗思測評(píng)考試機(jī)會(huì)和渠道，以測評(píng)促進(jìn)英語教學(xué)，攜手并進(jìn)，致力于為國際化學(xué)校提供權(quán)威可靠的英語教學(xué)及測評(píng)解決方案。

　　為此，我們專門邀請(qǐng)了天津海嘉高中部韓振亮Allan老師，圍繞朗思認(rèn)證等問題進(jìn)行了一次深度訪談。

　　Q：什么是朗思證書？What is the Language Certificate?

　　A：朗思是英語語言證書。它使用 CEFR（歐洲共同參考框架）客觀反映個(gè)人英語語言能力水平。

　　The Language Certificateis the examinationwhich provides an objective level of English Language Proficiencyby using the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).

　　Q：為什么天津海嘉申請(qǐng)申請(qǐng)朗思認(rèn)證考試中心？Why did BIBA Tianjin apply to be an accredited delivery centre? 

　　A：朗思考試能夠幫助學(xué)生了解并提升他們的英語語言水平，同時(shí)也幫助老師根據(jù)學(xué)生的英語水平準(zhǔn)備有針對(duì)性課程。

　　It will help students to improve and know their English level and also help teachers to prepare their classes based on students objective English levels.

　　Q：為了獲得認(rèn)證，天津海嘉在過去的暑假做了哪些工作？What was BIBA Tianjin’s process over the summer holiday, to achieve accreditation?

　　A：我們計(jì)劃使用朗思證書作為框架來幫助我們建立英語語言學(xué)習(xí)的年級(jí)基準(zhǔn)。在暑假期間，我們按照流程準(zhǔn)備了全部合規(guī)材料，并讓我們的員工承擔(dān)更多額外的責(zé)任，以便我們能夠獲得資格，開展測試。

　　We plan to use the framework from this Language Certificate qualification to help us build grade level benchmarks for English Language Learning. The process to achieve accreditation during the summer holiday involved reviewing all our compliance processes, and involving a team of our staff to take on additional responsibility so that we can deliver the qualification.

　　Q4：認(rèn)證對(duì)我們學(xué)校意味著什么？What might the accreditation mean for our school?

　　A：天津海嘉是天津家也是一家獲得朗思頒發(fā)許可的學(xué)校！這對(duì)整個(gè)學(xué)校社區(qū)來說都是非常令人興奮的！

　　BIBA Tianjin is the first and only school in Tianjin to be approved and licensed to deliver Language Cert! This is very exciting for the whole school community!

　　Q：認(rèn)證對(duì)我們的員工意味著什么？What might the accreditation mean for our staff?

　　A：教師可以申請(qǐng)朗思考試，作為支撐其教學(xué)計(jì)劃的工具。它還使我們的教師能夠發(fā)展提升他們的教學(xué)，特別是與英語語言教學(xué)相關(guān)的教學(xué)實(shí)踐。

　　Teachers can apply this exam as a vehicle to supporttheir teaching plans.It also enables our teachers to develop their teaching practice, specifically relating to English Language Teaching.

　　Q：我們下一步的計(jì)劃是什么？What are our next steps?

　　A：培訓(xùn)我們的員工團(tuán)隊(duì)以符合資格，并幫助鼓勵(lì)我們的學(xué)生參加測評(píng)。

　　Train our staff team to work with the qualification, and work with our students toencourage them to attend.

　　Q：家長和學(xué)生什么時(shí)候可以了解更多信息？When can parents and students expect to receive more information?

　　A：在我們?yōu)閱T工完成一些培訓(xùn)后，我們將為家長和學(xué)生舉辦培訓(xùn)說明會(huì)，以提供有關(guān)測評(píng)過程的更多信息。

　　Afterwe have complete some training for ourstaff, we will hold an orientation for parents and students, to provide more information about the assessment process.

　　朗思國際英語測評(píng) LanguageCert International ESOL（簡稱：朗思IESOL）經(jīng)過英國政府指定的質(zhì)量評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu) UK NARIC 的嚴(yán)格審核，獲得英國內(nèi)政部移民及簽證中心 (UKVI) 授權(quán)，被納入安全英語測評(píng) (SELT) 框架，正式成為在英國本土及海外國家申請(qǐng)英國移民、工作、學(xué)習(xí)及配偶簽證指定語言測評(píng)項(xiàng)目。等同于雅思 IELTS UKVI 考試。

　　目前，朗思 IESOL 被全球高等院校廣泛認(rèn)可，目前，認(rèn)可院校有帝國理工學(xué)院Imperial College London、愛丁堡大學(xué)The University of Edinburgh、曼徹斯特大學(xué)The University of Manchester、華威大學(xué)The University of Warwick、利茲大學(xué)University of Leeds等，認(rèn)證院校名單持續(xù)增加中。
