　　3、向琴老師作為年輕教師，她有一種恬靜的氣質(zhì)，每一次的工作都是嚴肅認真的對待，從來不打折扣，這個疫情期間讓老師們居家辦公，身懷六甲的向琴老師仍然拋開自己懷孕等反應(yīng)，每節(jié)課都在線跟著班級學生們學習，細心觀察班級里每一位同學的上課狀態(tài)，及時對個別學生進行心理疏導，積極引導學生線上與各科老師互動，養(yǎng)成居家生活的好習慣。為了讓學生們在四月份的線上課中能夠有書看，向琴老師回學校整理班級中上學期留下的書籍給學生們，樓上樓下一人一包裹的搬運著，沒有跟學校提出自己的困難。在德育處馮紫微老師的協(xié)助下，將學生們要使用的教材都搬運指定地點，交接給教務(wù)處。這種無私奉獻、默默無聞的精神感動著每一名學生，感動著每一位家長。
