很慶幸,被擬錄取了 想起復(fù)試,我有點(diǎn)后悔之前沒(méi)好好準(zhǔn)備,復(fù)試的過(guò)程覺(jué)得回答的挺糟糕,還好有點(diǎn)小運(yùn)氣`。以下我說(shuō)的你們就知道為什么要重視復(fù)試了。 一、復(fù)試程序: 先統(tǒng)一抽簽復(fù)試的順序,共分四組同時(shí)進(jìn)行。之后按簽的順序一一進(jìn)入,單獨(dú)進(jìn)行。大概有4位考官(緊張的沒(méi)來(lái)得及數(shù)人數(shù)了),桌上有3個(gè)信封,內(nèi)有不同的題目,類(lèi)型都是一道英文題,兩道中文題。老師讓你隨便選一個(gè)信封。打開(kāi)后英文的讓你讀一遍,然后回答老師的問(wèn)題。中文的看一遍直接回答。面試結(jié)束在一教師等候消息,若告知可以走了,就不用二面,很大可能ok了!若要二面也不代表一定沒(méi)希望。 二、復(fù)試真題(我盡量回憶) 英文的題,我百度了下,還真有。如下: A child learns such fundamental things as how to walk, talk, eat, dress, and so on without being taught these things. Adults learn most of what they use at work or at leisure while at work or leisure. Most of what is taught in classroom settings is forgotten, and much or what is remembered is irrelevant. In most schools, memorization is mistaken for learning. Most of what is remembered is remembered only for a short time, but then is quickly forgotten. (How many remember how to take a square root or ever have a need to?) Furthermore, even young children are aware of the fact that most of what is expected of them in school can better be done by computers, recording machines, cameras, and so on. They are treated as poor surrogates for such machines and instruments. Why should children -- or adults, for that matter -- be asked to do something computers and related equipment can do much better than they can? Why doesn't education focus on what humans can do better than the machines and instruments they create? When those who have taught others are asked who in the classes learned most, virtually all of them say, "The teacher." It is apparent to those who have taught that teaching is a better way to learn than being taught. Teaching enables the teacher to discover what one thinks about the subject being taught. Schools are upside down: Students should be teaching and faculty learning. 題目下面貌似有三個(gè)問(wèn)題,我一讀完老師就問(wèn)“do you catch the main idea of this passage?”我回答了“yes”(我想總不能no吧) 完了老師馬上拋出問(wèn)題,叫我再念一遍最后一句話,然后問(wèn): “do you agree with it?” 一開(kāi)始沒(méi)抓住準(zhǔn)確意思,一直在yes和no之間徘徊。我想了很久最后一句話的意思,至今仍迷糊。這件事教育下一代:多練練邊讀邊理解文章的意思,別靠臨時(shí)抱佛腳,英語(yǔ)非一日之功! 還有一問(wèn):what we should do to change it?(大概意思,原話不記得)回答的微觀點(diǎn)好,別扯上國(guó)家法律,老師都笑了。 中文題:有兩道,前面說(shuō)的小運(yùn)氣,就是我是小組最后一個(gè),老師為了盡快完成,只要我回答其中一個(gè)篇幅少的問(wèn)題:薩繆爾森經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教科書(shū)每年的內(nèi)容更新不大,而為什么經(jīng)常要出版新的版本?(大致意思,原題比這豐富)我回答的不是很好,一個(gè)老師說(shuō)我本科不是學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)的(本科學(xué)的審計(jì)),就放過(guò)我不再繼續(xù)追問(wèn)了。 三、經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn) 1、千萬(wàn)別相信貿(mào)大復(fù)試不刷人(雖然我在復(fù)試前也一直這么認(rèn)為)誰(shuí)說(shuō)了貿(mào)大復(fù)試很好過(guò)的?!今年企管刷人了,具體數(shù)目我不知道,有9人進(jìn)入二面了,比例還是相當(dāng)大的 2、英語(yǔ)一定要多練,復(fù)試前可以經(jīng)常拿文章念,并同時(shí)理解,等在復(fù)試桌上念的云里霧里時(shí)后悔就來(lái)不及了。 3、雖說(shuō)是企管,看復(fù)試的題目,內(nèi)容很寬泛,要多關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)等其他方面的東西,要靈活,知識(shí)面廣,問(wèn)到啥都不怕了。老師看的應(yīng)該是多方面素質(zhì)和能力,包括思考、解決問(wèn)題能力等等,只揪著一本書(shū)是學(xué)不來(lái)的,平常多注意自己思考些問(wèn)題,多問(wèn)為什么。 4、精神面貌(也就是給老師的整體感覺(jué))很重要,請(qǐng)多點(diǎn)笑容,老師這么多人面下來(lái)肯定累了,可以來(lái)點(diǎn)小幽默 緩解下氣氛。不懂別直接說(shuō)i dont know.說(shuō)點(diǎn)總好的。 |
