One of the most telling things about a job candidate is the type of questions she asks the interviewer. You don’t have much time to ask a lot of questions, so make sure you ask the right ones. There was one in particular that will catch interviewer’s eye:
在求職面試中老生常談的一個(gè)問題就是：在面試中該向面試官提什么樣的問題。你沒有太多的時(shí)間去問很多問題，所以要確保你把問題問到點(diǎn)子上。下面這個(gè)問題就可以讓面試官眼前一亮：
Thinking back to the person who you’ve seen do this job best, what made their performance so outstanding?
您能告訴我，在過去從事過這個(gè)工作崗位的人中表現(xiàn)得最優(yōu)異的員工是什么樣子的，是什么使他/她表現(xiàn)得如此出色？
Most managers’ ears will perk up at this question, because it signals that you care not just about being average or even good, but truly great. This is the question managers wish all their employees would ask.
大多數(shù)面試官都會(huì)被這個(gè)問題給驚艷到，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)問題暗示著你作為求職者不僅想要成為一名合格的或者優(yōu)秀的員工，還想要有卓越的表現(xiàn)。這個(gè)問題是面試官想要聽到的。
That’s a pretty good question to ask, but remember to also pay attention to what your interviewer is saying throughout the interview so you can tailor specific questions to what you both discussed. This will show her that you’re good at paying attention and processing information.
雖然上面這個(gè)問題是個(gè)好問題，但你也要留心面試官在整個(gè)面試過程中說了一些什么，根據(jù)面試官和你在面試中討論過的話題量身打造問題也是很重要的。這樣做會(huì)讓面試官覺得你是一個(gè)能認(rèn)真傾聽并且擅于獲取信息的人。
