How do you feel about the season finale？
你對(duì)第二季結(jié)局的感覺怎樣？
Kevin Williamson： I was excited that we got to bring a few of the storylines to a close， so not everything was left as a cliffhanger， while also introducing some new threads for next year. Next season there are several places we can pick up， we don‘t have to start right where we left off this time. Kevin Williamson：我很高興在第二季結(jié)局中我們結(jié)束了某些故事，之前的謎題有的已經(jīng)被解開，同時(shí)在第二季結(jié)局中還為下一季劇情做了鋪墊。下一季內(nèi)容的開展點(diǎn)選擇很多，我們不一定會(huì)從第二季中結(jié)束的地方開始講起。
Do you like that fans are still scratching their heads over the Vicki-Jeremy-Anna cliffhanger？
現(xiàn)在很多觀眾對(duì)最后一幕Vicki、Jeremy和Anna的一幕摸不著頭腦，你想要的效果達(dá)到了嗎？
Kevin： [laughs] Oh， yes. I‘m very excited about that storyline in particular. Right now I hope fans see it as a big question mark， because it should be. Kevin：當(dāng)然，這個(gè)情節(jié)我超喜歡的。我希望觀眾們心里產(chǎn)生一個(gè)大問號(hào)，因?yàn)榈拇_是一個(gè)謎。
Does it open the door for more people to return， like Jenna？
既然死掉的Vicki和Anna可以以這種方式出現(xiàn)，那么這是不是也給死去的Jenna留了一條回來的后路？
Kevin： I guess， but we‘re not planning anything like that. There still needs to be a consequence to death， even in this storyline we’ve created with Jeremy. It will abide by a set of rules. Kevin：也許是吧，但是我們暫時(shí)沒有讓Jenna回來的計(jì)劃。死了就是死了，如果這一招用得太頻繁，那是違反生命規(guī)律的。
Julie Plec previously called next year， the "Season of the Originals" —— talk to me a bit about where that's going to take us. Julie Plec（《吸血鬼日記》的另外一位制片人）早前說下一季將會(huì)是“原始吸血鬼之季”——能透露這是什么意思嗎？
Kevin： Elijah explained how Klaus came about being a few episodes back. So we‘re going to build from that mythology， but as you saw from the coffins， there are a lot of originals there. And we have a huge twist already planned for the first episode with them that explains why Klaus was so interested in Stefan. There’s another element to Klaus and what he‘s about that you don’t know yet. Kevin：Elijah在前幾集里告訴了我們Klaus的身世，現(xiàn)在我們就要在這方面做文章了，在第二季結(jié)局里我們看到了那些棺材，這些棺材里裝的都是吸血鬼先祖?zhèn)�。而我們也�?huì)在第三季第一集告訴大家為什么Klaus對(duì)Stefan這么有興趣，當(dāng)然還會(huì)有更多你不知道的秘密。
Suffice it to say， those coffins won't stay closed for long.也就是說這些棺材里的吸血鬼始祖很快就要出來了？
Kevin： It's one of the big things that‘s going to happen next year – this family of originals. We’re going to find out who they are， what they‘re about， how The Salvatore’s are intertwined with them – Klaus took Stefan for a reason. There‘s a big story here. There’s a whole third season of plot we get to mine through these fascinating characters. Kevin：這是下一季的重頭戲——吸血鬼始祖家族。我們將會(huì)揭秘他們的一切，以及Salvatore家族和這個(gè)家族之間的復(fù)雜糾葛——Klaus帶走Stefan是有原因的。這個(gè)劇情在下一季中相當(dāng)重要。而我們將用第三季整整一季來抽絲剝繭，搞清楚這些事情。
