“二手房”pre-owned house
　　房價始終是萬眾矚目的焦點。一份數(shù)據(jù)顯示，全國70個大中城市6月份房屋銷售價格同比上漲7.1%；數(shù)據(jù)同時顯示，二手房6月份的銷售價格同比上漲7.8%，漲幅比5月高1個百分點。

　　The sales prices of pre-owned houses jumped by 7.8 percent in June. That was one percentage point higher than in May. Shenzhen and Beijing are still among the top four cities in terms of price hikes, with growth rates of 16.1 percent and 9.4 percent, respectively.
　　報道中的“pre-owned house”指的就是“二手房”。
　　“Pre-owned”在此表示“used”，“secondhand”。由此，與“新房”（newly-built house）相對的“二手房”有時也可表達為“secondhand house”。
　　不過，相對而言，“pre-owned house”更為常用。
