　　難點(diǎn)解析：比較難的就是第一個(gè)狀語的語序，其實(shí)如果看句子比較多的同學(xué)你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)這種用法基本是種習(xí)慣用法了，我來幫你調(diào)一下語序：

　　with interference from government as little as possible

　　這樣就懂了吧。

　　微觀分析：who=judge 或者就是前面的he,因?yàn)閮扇说穆氊?zé)是類似的所以指代誰都是一樣的。

　　這個(gè)部分的難點(diǎn)在于你要識(shí)別出revealing的賓語
