　　您好!感謝您長期以來對(duì)學(xué)校工作的大力支持!

　　近期，武漢爆發(fā)了新型冠狀病毒肺炎，疫情蔓延全國甚至到了全世界其他一些國家。疫情發(fā)生后，我校積極應(yīng)對(duì)。到目前為止，北京力邁中美國際學(xué)校全校師生身體健康狀況良好，沒有一例疑似病例和異常情況出現(xiàn)。

　　Recently, the outbreak of coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan spread throughout the country and even to some other countries in the world. Our school has actively taken some related measures. As of now, all the Limai teachers and students are in good health, without any suspected cases or abnormal conditions.

　　我校為積極做好防控工作，保證家長及孩子們的身體健康，制定了學(xué)校防疫防控工作方案。學(xué)校各部門上下一心，圍繞著這次戰(zhàn)“疫”，在學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的周密安排下，緊張有序地準(zhǔn)備著這個(gè)特殊時(shí)期開學(xué)前的各項(xiàng)工作：

　　Our school has formulated a school epidemic prevention and control work plan in order to actively do a good job in prevention and control and ensure the health of parents and children. The various departments will work under the careful arrangement of school leadership and have prepared an orderly work plan for the special period:

　　一.學(xué)校行政部門：

　　Administrative Department:

　　大年初三，學(xué)校成立了“應(yīng)對(duì)重大疫情處理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組”，緊急召開校級(jí)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)視頻會(huì)，安排布置落實(shí)疫情下延期開學(xué)的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作。根據(jù)教委指示，做好相關(guān)預(yù)案，保障全體學(xué)生開學(xué)前教育教學(xué)課程的落地。

　　On the third day of Chinese New Year, our school set up "leading group to deal with the major epidemic" and held video meetings of the school’s mainleaders to arrange and implement the preparations for delaying the school opening date during the epidemic. According to the instructions of the education committee, we’ve made relevant plans to ensure the implementation of education and teaching courses before the beginning of the semester.

　　學(xué)校辦公室每天收集整理全校教職員工和學(xué)生往來信息和健康信息，及時(shí)向教委報(bào)備。

　　The school office collects and organizes the health information of the entire school staff and students, and reports to the Board of Education in a timely manner.

　　外方人力總監(jiān)Laurent先生和卡文特高中項(xiàng)目主任Paul先生，德育處副主任Adam先生為了不耽擱開學(xué)工作，面對(duì)國際航空公司停飛情況，心系學(xué)生，不斷地改簽，不斷地籌劃，希望能夠早一點(diǎn)到校�？ㄎ奶仨�(xiàng)目主管Mark為保證準(zhǔn)時(shí)返校，不惜退掉機(jī)票，重新購買澳大利亞轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)機(jī)票。他們每日在外教群里向老師們宣傳理性看待疫情以及個(gè)人防護(hù)措施。

　　In order not to delay teaching work, Mr. Laurent(Human Resources Director of foreign teacher), Dr. Paul (Director of Calvert high school), and Mr. Adam (Director of moral department)have taken into consideration the situation of the grounding of international airlines, changed their tickets and made plans in hopes to arrive at school earlier. Mr Mark (Director of Calvert),in order to return to school on time, cancelled his previous ticket and bought a new one going through Australia. They promote rational treatment of the disease and personal protection measures in the foreign teachers' group every day.

　　二.學(xué)校后勤部：

　　Logistic Department:

　　疫情期間，后勤部安排門衛(wèi)每日對(duì)入校人員進(jìn)行體溫監(jiān)測及記錄，積極購買消毒液、口罩、測溫槍等防疫物資，為開學(xué)做準(zhǔn)備，并對(duì)校園各種設(shè)施進(jìn)行定期清潔和消毒，排查隱患，聯(lián)合奧運(yùn)村街道辦事處做好對(duì)返校人員的督察和上報(bào)工作。

　　During the epidemic, the logistics department arranged that the guards monitor the temperature of the staff daily and record, actively purchase anti-epidemic materials such as disinfectants, masks, temperature guns, etc. to prepare for school, and regularly clean and disinfect various campus facilities. Hidden dangers, in conjunction with the Olympic Village Sub-district Office to do a good job in the supervision and reporting of returnees..

　　三.教育教學(xué)部：

　　Education Department:

　　1. 德育處：每日整理全校學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)庫，按照教委要求登記學(xué)生健康狀況和離京返京信息，對(duì)于有疫情出入的學(xué)生加大通報(bào)力度，從1月25日起，德育處落實(shí)每名班主任關(guān)于疫情防控的相關(guān)學(xué)生信息，登記，校對(duì)，上報(bào)。同時(shí)在全校家委群進(jìn)行正面宣傳和引導(dǎo)。

　　Moral department: daily collect student database, register students' health status and information of leaving and returning Beijing according to the requirements of education committee, intensify notification of students with epidemic situation. Since January 25, the moral department have implemented student information on epidemic prevention and control from each head teacher, registered, proofread and reported. At the same time sent positive publicity and guidance in school parents committee group.

　　2. 教學(xué)部：全校中外教老師們?cè)诮虒W(xué)校長和中外方項(xiàng)目主任帶領(lǐng)下，自大年初四開始，全天候的利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻開展工作，線上教學(xué)還得到了美國卡文特、費(fèi)爾蒙特總部的大力支持，他們與我校教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起制定課表，確定各科網(wǎng)上教學(xué)大綱、內(nèi)容、習(xí)題。利用假期準(zhǔn)備線上課程和練習(xí)題庫。個(gè)性化教育中心開通了”請(qǐng)戴上心靈防護(hù)面罩“力邁心晴心理熱線，為全校師生和家長提供疫情下的心理咨詢服務(wù)。

　　Teaching Department: Since the fourth day of Chinese New Year, all the Chinese and foreign teachers worked through video conference under the guidance of teaching principle and directors. On line teaching is strongly supported by American Calvert and Fairmont headquarters. They’ve made schedules with our school teaching leadership, determining the threshold of on line teaching outline, content and practice. During the holiday, prepare for on line classes and practice banks. The personalized education center has opened a psychological hotline "please put on the protective mask of the heart" to provide psychological counselling services for teachers, students and parents.

　　3. 專業(yè)的外教團(tuán)隊(duì)：所有的外方教師都以非常專業(yè)的方式做出反應(yīng)，即使他們不在北京，他們也致力于完成學(xué)校交給的工作，進(jìn)行線上教學(xué)的相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備。包括今年新加入力邁的新員工，為外方團(tuán)隊(duì)更增加了活力。來自于全世界各地的外方團(tuán)隊(duì)，此時(shí)此刻都眾志成城，共同投入到緊張的富有挑戰(zhàn)的工作中。

　　Professional foreign teachers team: all foreign teachers respond in a very professional way. Even if they are not in Beijing, they are still committed to complete the work assigned by the school and prepare for on line teaching. The new foreign staff, increase vitality for foreign team. The foreign team from all over the world are united at this moment in the intense and challenging work.

　　這次突如其來的疫情，讓這個(gè)春節(jié)變得很不尋常。我們感動(dòng)于醫(yī)護(hù)人員那逆行的身影，感動(dòng)于成千上萬的人們利用各種方式支持武漢力挺中國的公益之心，我們力邁中美國際學(xué)校的老師們也在用自己的行動(dòng)抗擊著病毒。希望各位家長與學(xué)校團(tuán)結(jié)一致，在充分保證每個(gè)家庭健康的同時(shí)，教育孩子一方面看到這充滿堅(jiān)定與愛心的人類的光明，另一方面絕不停止學(xué)習(xí)與鍛煉的腳步，在學(xué)校老師的帶領(lǐng)下勇敢前行。

　　The sudden outbreak made the Spring Festival very unusual. We were moved by the medical staff, by thousands of people who supported Wuhan in various ways to support China, and our teachers are also fighting with the virus actively. I hope that parents and schools unite to fully ensure the health of every family, and at the same time, educate children to see the light of the firm and loving human, and also never stop learning and exercise, move forward bravely under the leadership of the teachers.
