全部倒裝:指謂語(yǔ)部分全部提到主語(yǔ)之前;
My fater is an engineer; so is my husband.
Jane didn’t attend my class yesterday; nor did Torris.
"John can’t swim." "Neither can I.""約翰不會(huì)游泳。"
"Jim is a good-swimmer."
"So he is, and so is Dick."
這類詞或短語(yǔ)包括: not, never, seldom, hardly, rarely, scarcely, by no means, under no circumstances, in no way, at no time, no sooner…(then), hardly …(when), not only…(but also)等。
Never has my brother been abroad before.
Hardly had I sat down when I heard someone knocking at the door.
No sooner had he returned than he bought a fine house and went to live there.
At no time should you give up studying.
Scarcely a drop of rain fell last month.
Prominent as he is in his field, he remains easy-going.
Wealthy as he is, I don’t envy him.
So great was the destruction that the south took decades to recovery.
Often does he warn us not to touch the poisonous chemicals.
Only in this way can we accomplish it on time.
4. 當(dāng)there, here, then, now等副詞置于句首, 且謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞為come, go, be等詞時(shí),句子一般全部倒裝。
Look! Here comes the taxi.
Here are some letters for you to type.
Then came the chairman.
5. 當(dāng)out, in, away, up, bang等方位或擬聲詞置于句首時(shí), 句子一般全部倒裝。
Away flew the bird.
Bang goes my ace.
Away she went.
Ahe
表示對(duì)不可能發(fā)生的事實(shí)的一種假設(shè);或?qū)σ呀?jīng)發(fā)生過(guò)的事實(shí)進(jìn)行一種相反情況的假設(shè);
If I had time, I would go to the movies with you.
If we hadn’t made adequate preparations, the conference, wouldn’t have been so successful.

If I had taken my raincoat when I came out this morning, I would not be wet now.
If I were you, I wouldn’t have missed the film last night.
2. 當(dāng)虛擬條件句的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞含有were, should, had時(shí),if可以省略,這時(shí)條件從句要用倒裝語(yǔ)序,即將were, should, had等詞置于句首,這種多用于書(shū)面語(yǔ)
If I were you, I wouldn’t feel sorry.
→Were I you, I wouldn’t feel sorry.
這類句子中常出現(xiàn)without(如果沒(méi)有), but for(要不是),otherwise(否則), but that(若不, 后接一從句)等詞或詞組。
But for your help, they couldn’t have succeeded.

He insisted that our laboratory reports (should) be handed in the day afterthe experiment was done.

I command that he go at once.
He insisted that he was right.

將來(lái) 過(guò)去時(shí)(be 用were )

語(yǔ) 態(tài)

This matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.(短語(yǔ))
2. 不及物動(dòng)詞(或相當(dāng)于一個(gè)不及物動(dòng)詞的短語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞)和表示狀態(tài)的動(dòng)詞(或短語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞)無(wú)被動(dòng)態(tài)形式, 如happen, rise, occur, take place, break out等; 以及l(fā)ack, fit, suit, equal, become, resemble, befall, consist of, look like等。
