2012考研初試成績(jī)已經(jīng)公布，接下來(lái)就是復(fù)試，其中的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)可以說(shuō)是讓很多英語(yǔ)不是很好的學(xué)生發(fā)怵，針對(duì)這種情況，跨考教育英語(yǔ)教研室老師結(jié)合往年的輔導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)了一下考研英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)復(fù)試中常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題及應(yīng)對(duì)策略，希望能給正在準(zhǔn)備復(fù)試的同學(xué)有所幫助。

　　首先必有的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)就是自我介紹，考生可以提前背一些自認(rèn)為比較容易把握的模板，并把自己的特色加在里面，這將會(huì)為你在老師心中的印象加分不少。其實(shí)，把一種模板掌握得很熟練，足矣。

　　在自我介紹完了，老師就會(huì)開(kāi)始問(wèn)你問(wèn)題這里列出一些常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題，可以認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備。注意在準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程中，要結(jié)合自己的經(jīng)歷和見(jiàn)解來(lái)準(zhǔn)備答案，讓自己回答的問(wèn)題和整個(gè)的自我介紹融為一個(gè)整體。

　　在每一年的面試中都會(huì)有很多相同的問(wèn)題，這些問(wèn)題看起來(lái)很平常，卻有很多陷阱�；卮疬@些常見(jiàn)的看起來(lái)很平常的問(wèn)題，是很有藝術(shù)的。

　　傳統(tǒng)面試問(wèn)題(Sample Traditional Interview Questions)

　　1、"What can you tell me about yourself?" ("關(guān)于你自己，你能告訴我些什么?")

　　This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions, and motivations.

　　這一問(wèn)題如果面試沒(méi)有安排自我介紹的時(shí)間的話。這是一個(gè)必問(wèn)的問(wèn)題�？脊俨⒉幌Ｍ�你大談你的個(gè)人歷史。是在尋找有關(guān)你性格、資歷、志向和生活動(dòng)力的線索。來(lái)判斷你是否適合讀MBA。

　　The following is a good example of a positive response. "In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best."

　　下面是一個(gè)積極正面回答的好例子："在高中我參加各種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性體育活動(dòng)，并一直努力提高各項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的成績(jī)。大學(xué)期間，我曾在一家服裝店打工，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我能輕而易舉地將東西推銷(xiāo)出去。銷(xiāo)售固然重要，但對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，更重要的是要確信顧客能夠滿意。不久便有顧客返回那家服裝店點(diǎn)名讓我為他們服務(wù)。我很有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)，力求完美對(duì)我很重要。"

　　2、 "What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?"("在畢業(yè)以后5年內(nèi)你想做些什么?")

　　Know what you can realistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others MBA about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.

　　"I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also."

　　你要清楚你實(shí)際上能勝任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA交流一番。問(wèn)問(wèn)他們?cè)诋厴I(yè)后在公司的頭5年都做了些什么。

　　可以這樣回答："我希望能在我的職位上盡力做好工作，由于在同一領(lǐng)域工作的許多人都被提為區(qū)域負(fù)責(zé)人，所以我亦有此打算。"

　　3. "What is your greatest strength"?" ("你比較突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?")

　　這是很多面試考官喜歡問(wèn)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。

　　This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.

　　"I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis."

　　這是你"展示自己"的比較佳機(jī)會(huì)，不要吹噓自己或過(guò)于自負(fù)，但要讓雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

　　如可答："我認(rèn)為我比較大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠執(zhí)著地盡力把事情辦好。當(dāng)做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的預(yù)想時(shí)，我會(huì)有一種真正的成就感。我給自己定了一些高目標(biāo)。比如說(shuō)，我要成為出色的畢業(yè)生。盡管在大學(xué)一年級(jí)時(shí)我啟動(dòng)慢了些，但比較終我以?xún)?yōu)等論文完成了學(xué)業(yè)。

　　4. "What is your greatest weakness?"("你比較大的弱點(diǎn)是什么?")

　　You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any, everyone has weaknesses.

　　The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work to the company's advantage. "I' m such a perfectionist that I won't stop until a job is well done.

　　你不應(yīng)該說(shuō)你沒(méi)有任何弱點(diǎn)，以此來(lái)回避這個(gè)問(wèn)題;每個(gè)人都有弱點(diǎn)。比較佳策略是承認(rèn)你的弱點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。

　　可能的話，你可說(shuō)出一項(xiàng)可能會(huì)給公司帶來(lái)好處的弱點(diǎn)，如可說(shuō)："我是一個(gè)完美主義者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不會(huì)撒手的。"

　　5. "How do you feel about your progress to date?" ("對(duì)于你至今所取得的進(jìn)步你是怎樣看的?")

　　Never apologize for what you have done.

　　"I think I did well in school. In fact, in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class." "As an intern for the X Company, I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.

　　絕不要對(duì)你以前的所作所為表示內(nèi)疚。

　　如可答："我認(rèn)為我在學(xué)校表現(xiàn)不錯(cuò)。事實(shí)上，有好幾門(mén)功課我的成績(jī)居全班第一。""在某公司實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)，我獲得了該公司數(shù)年來(lái)給予其雇員的好幾項(xiàng)比較高評(píng)價(jià)。"

　　7.Why did you take the MBA examination? Would you please say something about the currently MBA program in China?

　　在面試快結(jié)束的時(shí)候，一般考官都會(huì)問(wèn)，你有沒(méi)有什么要問(wèn)的。除非你是比較后一個(gè)面試者，你明顯感到所有的考官都急切的想離開(kāi)，一般不適合說(shuō)“I don’t have any question.”可以問(wèn)考官一兩個(gè)你關(guān)心的問(wèn)題(Questions you should ask the recruiter)：

　　16.What changes do you anticipate in our school? (你希望我們學(xué)校會(huì)有些什么樣的變化)

　　17.Which is the best course in our school? (什么課程是我們?cè)罕容^好的課程)

　　18.Does our school provide some guidance of job to MBA?

　　比較后可以說(shuō)：Thank you for giving me the chance. I hope to see you again and soon. (謝謝您給我機(jī)會(huì)，我希望很快能再見(jiàn)到您。)
