     1. I Can’t Do It.
  There are various forms of I Can’t Do It-itis, but when you notice where it is controlling your life, you can take corrective action.
  我不行。
  或許你有很多“我不行”清單。不過一旦你知道了究竟是什么在支配著你的生活,你就能夠扭轉(zhuǎn)局面。
         2. I Am Not Good Enough.
  I have dreams. You have dreams. We all have dreams, but there’s always something holding us back. If it isn’t money, resources, or skills, then it is a fear of not being good enough.
  我不夠好。
  我有夢想,你有夢想,大家都有夢想。但究竟是什么阻擋了我們前進(jìn)的腳步?不是金錢,不是資源,不是技能,而是我們害怕自己不夠好。
  3. I Am Not Worth It.
  A lot of self-sabotage happens because of this belief. Your beliefs can play tricks on you and it can be as simple as procrastinating and missing a deadline if you’re a freelancer, or just missing a few vital goals in your life.
  我不配。
  很多人自暴自棄都是因為這個想法。有時候你的想法會捉弄你:從讓你錯過交稿的日期(如果你是個自由作家的話)到讓你錯過生命中的重要目標(biāo)。
      4. What If...
  You don’t leave yourself a lot of options if you’re constantly fearing the worst.

  如果你總往最壞的方面想,你就沒有多少可選擇的了。5. I feel bad about feeling bad.
  Feeling bad isn’t bad. We live in a culture where we are supposed to be happy and cheerful all the time, but that just isn’t reality. When we try to suppress our negativity, bad things happen. Whenever I’m negative, I sit with it, breathe, and do my best to be present.
  我為自己的難過而感到難過。
  感覺不好并不是一件壞事。我們生活在一種要求人們時時刻刻保持積極的文化中,但這并不現(xiàn)實。壓抑自己的消極情緒是不好的。每當(dāng)我感到消極,我就會靜靜的坐下,呼吸,面對現(xiàn)實,與這種情緒共存。
